Terms & Conditions for GIWA TRAVEL Advisory Services

1. Introduction
Welcome to GIWA TRAVEL LLC. We specialize in cruise vacations, all-inclusive resort stays, and airfare bookings. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our online booking platform.
- A deposit may be required to secure reservations, depending on supplier policies.
- Final payments must be completed by the deadline specified at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to availability and change until fully confirmed.
- A non-refundable $30 agency fee applies to all airfare bookings and must be paid at the time of reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary based on suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, resorts). The client is responsible for reviewing specific
policies before booking.
- Fees may apply for changes or cancellations.
- Refund eligibility is determined by suppliers. GIWA TRAVEL is not responsible for third-party refund policies.
4. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
- GIWA TRAVEL may provide information about insurance providers but does not directly offer coverage.
5. Liability & Responsibility
- GIWA TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We do not operate the airlines, cruises, or resorts booked.
- We are not responsible for service disruptions, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers.
- Clients should verify all travel details, including visas, passports, vaccinations, and any entry requirements for their destinations.
6. Changes to Itineraries
- Travel arrangements may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supplier changes, government regulations).
- We will communicate changes as soon as possible and assist with necessary adjustments.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information for bookings (names matching passports, contact details, etc.).
- Clients must adhere to travel regulations and safety measures imposed by service providers.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Personal information shared with GIWA TRAVEL is protected and only used for travel arrangements.
- We do not share client data with third parties except as necessary for booking completion.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey/USA, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local legal proceedings.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using GIWA TRAVEL services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
